HOW IT WORKS

A team headed by a project coordinator and a client service representative responsible for all aspects of system implementation will be assigned to your company. We will conduct a site survey and then order, coordinate installation, and test all telephone line services with your local telephone company.

SECURE
The programmable features of each telephone and mailbox will be determined based on individual needs; security video equipment and door controls will be installed in accordance with the customer’s requests and local codes; system programming will be done in our facility according to your specific requirements.

EASY
If your new system is replacing an existing one, a smooth trunk-by-trunk conversion will be made to maintain an in-service transition from the old equipment to the new set-up. Training of all relevant personnel will be conducted on the features and operations of the new equipment, and we will be responsible for the removal and disposal of all installation equipment and materials, leaving your facilities clean and orderly.

TECHNOLOGY
The majority of people think they need an IP system because it saves money. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Different work applications require different incoming service (from your provider), so it may not always be available in your area, as well as the additional equipment and setup. If you are not sure what to buy, don't make this decision on your own. Contact a professional.
In the past, we sold four different brands; some manufacturers bit the dust, some had poor support or high breakdown rates. In 2009 the decision was made to sell exclusively Panasonic telephony for all available applications. It is (and has always been) very consistent and flexible equipment.
